They are a third party provider and our sole affiliation withe Escrow.com is for escrow services. Escrow.com holds the transacted fee and only releases it to Titan Reputation after the contracted service has been delivered.
Escrow.com is registered in California and licensed to provide escrow services in 48 states. Since 1999 it has transacted over 6 billion dollars. They have an “A” accreditation with the Better Business Bureau.
- Buyer and seller agree to terms. Buyer initiates the transaction. After registering at Escrow.com, all parties agree to the terms of the transaction.
- Buyer pays Escrow.com. The Buyer submits a payment by approved payment method to Escrow.com’s secure Escrow Account, Escrow.com verifies the payment, then the Seller is notified that funds have been secured “In Escrow”.
- Titan Reputation begins working on the contracted services. Once the contract has been fulfilled, Escrow.com confirms with the client that the conditions have been fulfilled and that the seller is authorized to receive the payment.
